Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping is based on size, weight and destination. Create an account and add items to your cart and an accurate shipping quote will show up during the checkout process.

Q: Do you ship Internationally.

A: Yes. We ship to most locations in the world barring some countries that have been a consistent problem with customs or "lost" packages. Create an account with the shop and if a shipping quote shows up during the checkout process, then we ship to you! If it does not, I'm sorry to say we don't.

Q: How long does it take to ship?

A: Typically I get packages out in 1 to 3 business days. This does NOT include the weekend. I do the best I can to get them out ASAP but sometimes the ability to get to the post office takes an extra day or two now that the Katy post office is still closed due to the hurricane Harvey flooding. The Annex has different hours and is now the only place for every resident to drop off and pick up mail.

Q: What payment forms do you take?

A: We accept payment by Paypal or Credit Card through either Paypal or Shopify Payments. We do not take checks or money orders.

Q: How do I redeem my Junkyard Rewards?

A: Log into your account then just click the Rewards tab at the right of your screen (bottom on mobile). Select the reward to redeem and you will be given a code to enter at checkout. This code will also be emailed to you.

Q: I selected the part I want based on the picture so why is it not showing up correctly in the cart?

A: You need to use the Parts Selector tool on the right located underneath the add to cart button to choose the part you want. The picture will switch accordingly to the selected part. If the part you want is greyed out and has an X through it then it is out of stock for the moment.
